Every time I turn my head there is some sitting out that I want but force myself not to have. May only be 3 days in but proud of myself none-the-less.

Andrew, you toally rock! What a bone-head coworker. Wanna lend me a little of your resolve? Lol. I don't know if I could have resisted my favorite food. Although, yesterday we had "first Friday" (office celebration) where everyone brought in goodies to snack on. I was mightily tempted to scarf on the 'blondie' brownies someone brought in. It was so tempting, i didn't breathe out of my nose! Anyway, I think you're great! You really inspire me.

We had a couple 'treat days' at the office before christmas. I brought in celery with savory cream cheese, egg salad served in bell pepper "cups" and pepperoni They were surprizingly popular, and I was able to eat "something". I had a smaller lunch than usual, to make up for the extra food/calories.
