Hi everyone! I'm new to the board and this is day 5 of me being on the Atkins diet.
Would anyone mind taking a look at what I've been eating and let me know if this looks ok?
I've been eating 20 carbs a day. I tend to round up on my carbs a bit just in case. I've had eggs for breakfast every morning so far, usually 2 or 3 each morning scrambled (no milk). I have a salad for lunch each day with 1 tbsp blue cheese dressing (1 carb for the dressing) and sometimes 3 slices of bacon, OR 2 celery sticks OR 2 oz of cheese. One day I had a small tomato with my salad, another day I grilled a chicken breast sprinkled with garlic powder. For dinner I've had chicken wings (probably not the greatest, but not the worst thing I could have eaten) chicken breast with cheddar cheese on top and broccoli, bacon and sausage one night and homemade turkey soup with turkey, low sodium broth, tiny bit of onion and some mushrooms. I drink a couple glasses of water each day (more than I ever have, but probably should up the amount) and I've also had a small glass of diet pepsi every day. For snacks I usually about 2 oz cheddar cheese, 2 sticks of celery, a string cheese, or a few pieces of shrimp.
Does this sound ok? It's probably not perfect but I hope it's not too bad. Should I be eating more meat? What would you do different?

I have never been a water drinker, but I'm trying really hard to get the 64 ounces in each day. I just need to work a bit harder.
