what ingredient in your mayo are you allergic to? there are lots of different mayos as long as you are not egg allergic you could try.
upping your fats is easy and it only takes a little bit to do so. try adding one teaspoon of butter to your fitday and see how it lowers your protein percent and increases your fat percent.
you can select fatty cuts of meat to increase your fat or add a healthy oil. when you get to OWl rung 3 nuts and seeds will add those healthy fats for you.
and yep add some veggies and spread out your carbs. Ideally we should be having some fat some carb and some protein every time we eat so our body is running full speed ahead shedding body fat and getting healthy.
