I'm on day 12 of induction. Feeling great and discovering new ways to make old favorites - minus the carbs but not the flavor. For the most part, I've been making my own salad dressings - either saving my heavy cream allotment for the dressings or doing good old oil and vinegar.
My question though... I keep seeing people mention store bought salad dressings that they are using. I've seen mention of Ken's and HVR but every brand I've checked (and I mean every) has sugar or corn syrup. In some cases it's way down on the ingredient list but there nonetheless. Am I missing something?
I ordered the Walden Farms to keep at work but I just saw an old thread that said it tasted like Milk of Magnesia. They are however truly sugarfree. So, any other legal off the shelf dressings? I know I can continue making my own but there are times at work where I'm truly eating dry salad because I've forgotten my dressing at home.
