yup... anti-atkins folks are FUNNY! either 1... they failed at atkins because they stopped and gained double... or 2... they never tried it because they can't live without junk food. heheh. anyway...

i was reading weightloss success stories on a random healthwebsite and when people posted "what they ate to succeed"... they don't realize it but they're all on Atkins OWL or Maintenance. suckers.

people at work know I'm on atkins and have been for quite some time. I had my 30th anniversary yesterday at work, so everyone brought in food. One woman I work with is known for her 'sweet bread'; but when she came in she said she was told that she shouldn't make it, since I would be tempted [i've never had it] - so instead she brought cookies ?? I just smiled and told her she can bring in whatever she wants...doesn't matter to me.

I brought fresh veggies, dip and mozarella/proscuitto rolls - I was happy!
