  • Avocado?

    Hi Everyone!

    Just curious but would I count an Avocado as a fat? I'd like to slice up half of one and add it to my salad today.

    It has fat in it.

    It's actually a "Special Category" food ... and it's a fruit.

      You count avocado as avocado.

      It has a high fat content, that's true.

          count the carbs in it and count the fats in your daily %s. and enjoy your 1/2 an avacado.

                I made a mix of: 1/2 avocado, 1.5 tbsp mayo, dash each of onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper.
