Well, it's the end of the first 14 days on Atkins. I'm feeling pretty great, overall. I'm struggling (a little) with exercising for 30mins/4-5 days a week, and with drinking all of my water--but every day is a little better than the last.
I've lost a grand total of 6.2 pounds since officially going onto atkins (11.2 since Dec. 26 when I loosely started).
So, does that mean I'm between "high" and "average" metabolic resistance?
Chart 17.2, p. 216 (1992 ed.) says high resistance is a loss of 4 lbs and average is a loss of 8 lbs for women with 50+ lbs. to lose.
I'm a little disappointed, but nowhere near ready to throw in the towel--Any suggestions?
I've been tracking at FitDay, and, I haven't religiously stayed <20 carbs/day...
