  • Feel like I got hit by a train

    Heeeeeelp.
    I am on day 3 of induction. This is the 2nd day I've had diarrhea (TMI, sorry) and I get urges to puke but never do. I randomly will get really hot and/or spaced out. The thought of food makes me feel even worse. When is this going to end??

    Hang in there. I didn't feel that way but have read throughout the forum of others who have. If not today, tomorrow should be better. I always had stomach issues BEFORE beginning so mine quit pretty quickly. Hang in there-don't give up.

        I just signed up for Fitday and it said I consumed 10.6 carbs and 1,008 calories. Should I be eating more? Not exercising yet.

          Yes your carbs ought to be higher - Make sure you eat your veggie carbs - plenty of them. AND most people will eat a lot the first few days. Make sure you have fats. Get that bacon cooking and cut up some red pepper. You need food.
