ok so its still early-ish.. bout 1030 here where i live.. and for breakfast about 8 i had 3 egg omelet with .5 oz of onion, .5 oz of bell pepper, 2 oz of ham, and 1 oz of hand shredded cheese. Now, 2 hours later while doing homework I am craving any type of sugar. Im thinking to fix a cup of decaf coffee, but does anyone else do this? I am on day 10 of introduction with 10 lbs lost so far. I am planning on stay at introduction until i am 170 ( 18 more pounds) then going into OWL. o and also im on the monthly cycle. does this have anything to do with it? But chocolate is calling my name really bad..
