Hi all,
I've been doing really well so far (drinking my water, working out, planning meals, staying below 20 net carbs), but after 1.5 weeks on induction I've only lost 4 lbs. So I was wondering if any of you Veteran Atkineers started out losing small amounts only to see it improve down the line?
I know we all lose weight at different rates, and that 4 lbs is good, but I just feel like I need a pick-me-up today. Maybe I need to start counting calories in addition to counting net carbs?
Can slow and steady win the race*?
Annie
*Yes, yes, I know it's a lifestyle, not a race
