    hi
    i did the induction for 4days n got discouraged cos i didnt ve any energy. now i knw why! am goin to start it again n hope this time i get it right. need to lose this weight.

              i didnt ve enuf fats in my diet n water consumption was almost zero! and i had constant head aches now i knw its the carbs withdrawal.

                      Same for me.. Was weak and getting constant headaches, however I'm back on the band wagon, started today. Good luck!
