I know you have a sweet tooth, so I think you should really reconsider using the chocolate during this 2 week period and try to get your sweet tooth under some control. See, if you use unsweetened chocolate, you'll have to sweeten it in order to make it edible.
Ask yourself these questions..
1. Will eating something sweet/chocolate-y make me want sweets/chocolate even more?
2. Will I be able to stop with one serving?
3. Is it worth the risk of falling off and having to start all over again, because I cannot control my sweet tooth?

. . . I agree that you should try to avoid feeding your sweet tooth during the 14 day induction. Also, chocolate naturally has caffiene in it . . . which is something you should avoid on induction as well.
Use the 14 days to build up your willpower . . . to set the pace for your weightloss . . . to give you strong motivation to continue towards your goal.
You can do it . . . I believe your worth the struggle . Do you ?
