Old habits are hard to break!
Since you are aware that you snack without being hungry at the movies, then you have 99% of the problem solved. Rather than perpetuating this bad habit by subsituting Atkins friendly foods for the typical snacks, try breaking it. Have a real meal before you go. That way, you won't feel as hungry and feel like you "need" to have something to snack on.
