I have to admit upon doing this induction for three weeks now, I have not had as many veggies as I am supposed to have. I will go days without having any veg just because I didn't take the time to steam them. I have been living on mostly just eggs, chopmeat, butter, flaxseed, tuna, mayo and romain lettuce with olive oil and vinegar.
I understand going without veggies is not healthy as atkins mentions. My question is if one does not have veggies, will this affect weight loss?
There are days where I am UNDER 20g of carb a day. Will this affect the ketosis and weightloss?
(Yes, I am going to plan my veg meals from now on!) I just wanted to know if not having veg affect the fat burning process?
