Hey Deb I haven't been online in a few days congrats on your 14 pound weight loss. I myself loss 13 and we had same start date. I'll will be weighing again on this coming Monday. As I have enjoyed my weekly weigh days. Onefifty---- I agree with Deb I broke down and weighed on day 4 and I had not lost anything then weighed on day 7 and boom I had loss 7 pounds. It is amazing how much I love this WOE and can't wait to enjoy it for the rest of my life. I have had a few moments where I wanted to break down and eat a candy bar but then I remember all the comments I have been getting at work about how they can tell in my face and stuff that I'm losing weight. I have inspired two people at work to start Atkins also. It such an amazing feeling knowing that your getting healthier. Deb keep it up can't wait to see results are you weighing again in 2 weeks?
