    Re: A little puzzled...

2big has spotted it - you need to change the 'cup, pieces' in the dropdown menu to 'slices' or however many ounces it was.
2 cups of chopped cooked bacon is probably about 3 times what 2 slices would be
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Ohh thanks guys. I thought I changed it, but I'm still so new to all of this. It's my first fay on the sight. I feel like I'm getting an advanced tutorial form you guys :P

As for veggies none today... is that naughty of me? i usually am not hungry in the morning, so I'll eat a celery stalk with a little cream cheese maybe...then later on i'll have breakfast when I get hungry. That's okay right, or do I have to have it with the eggs and bacon.

While we're on the subject, sometimes I'm literally forcing myself to eat...can i not eat if i'm not hungry (especially on this diet)...that might look like 1-2 small-medium sized meals per day. I've been feeling might guilty about it, although I'm doing better. I don't like forcing myself to eat...lol...i'm on a diet for a reason...ha! feels wrong.

in theory every time we refuel we should be having some fats some proteins and some of our veggie carbs in induction.

We feed only our hunger and stop so if you are not hungry then don't eat unless it has been 6 hours since your last waking meal. then you eat a small snack of some fats/proteins with some of your veggies. Your body will tell you when it is hungry again and then you feed it.

that is normal behavior that we all had programmed out of us by our parents.

Make sure your meals if you are hungry and feel like you can't eat are nutrtionally dense and not a bowl of lettuce with egg whites. ( just an example of a nutrtionally not dense meal)
