The GAG (Get-Away-Girls) group had our 1st official weigh in last night. Here are the results:
#1. S/W: 212 C/W: 209 = 3 LBS LOSS
#2. S/W: 189 C/W: 184 = 5 LBS LOSS
#3. S/W: 199 C/W: 194 = 5 LBS LOSS
#4. S/W: 276 C/W: 266 = 10 LBS LOSS
As you can tell, we had great success!! Together between the 4 of us, we lost a total of 23lbs. For snacks we had hollowed out, halfed japs, stuffed w/ cream cheese and wrapped w/ bacon.
We are all extremely excited about our loss and couldn't wait to post the results. Our weekly meetings we go over our grocery list, menus and talk about obstacles. It is a great support group!!
