      Read the induction links here on the board since you've already read the book. They come across more to the point and clearer than the atkins book since the book has so much additional info to digest.

        Thanks for the links ladies, I am going to look into them now, and i have also made an appointment with my doctor to make sure that everything is working fine and I will use all of your advice and hopefully see a difference soon. Thanks again ladies.
