  • Snacks.....?

    Ok so I am wondering about snacks. I dont want to munch on veggies since I get alot at all other meals, and I have noticed that sausage sticks have alot of trans fats. We are told to stay away from trans fats..what to do what to do?! Anyone have any good ideas for me?

    Sausage sticks usually have more than transfats, they generally have fillers and sugar.

    How about:
    pork rinds
    cheese crisps
    pepperoni crisps
    jicama slices in lemon y sal
    cheese sticks, (limited)
    roll-ups (luncheon meat, cream cheese and a pickle slice)
    oh, Pickles, or olives

      Hmmmm I love pickles and actually jar my own...but i figured they wernt allowed! Sounds good thanks for the helpful suggestions

          If you use sugar to cure your pickles they won't be allowed.

                  Pork rind & parmesan crackers
                  Ok so I weighed myself at first and lost some weight the first week. Then stalled (Post induction stall). When is officially 'time' to weigh myself? I don't want to be.
                  Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

                      Cheese crisps and put a bit o cheese on a plate and nuke them til their crisp. Yumm, Do the same with pepperoni.
                      I love pickles also. There is a brand that is sugar free that you can get relish and bread and butter. They will count toward your veggies.
