Wouldn't moving to OWL be better than cheating to break the monotony?

      Re: Health Nut(Not doing well)

I could yes, but i want to reach 300 lbs, I'm close, and with my new exercise plan kicking in, i think i will make it before April is gone. The thing is that this phase is the most beneficial to my body at the moment. I want to push my blood sugar to normal levels without meds and give my pancreas a breather from all the beatings i have made it go through. I am ready to move to pre-maintenance, but have decided to stick to my guns and loose those 20 lbs before i do.

As i said, i cheated but i knew what i intended to do those two times and went back to my plan with a vengeance. Since, i have not had more cravings. It is my surmise that i had been eating something with hidden sugars and top of that I was still taking at least a cup a day of regular coffee. I think that was what made me have the craves again. I now drink one cup of coffee about a week and drink decaf, green or red tea the rest of the time; it seems that raw spinach was my craving kickstarter.

It is real, it can be done.

Without even trying OWL, you don't really know if adding an extra 5 net carbs of vegetables will affect you negatively.

        You mean, OWL?

          Re: Health Nut(Not doing well)

Hello everyone, sorry I have not posted. Have been reading but my computer is having some delay time. My home will hopefully be under reno's next month and I will be back in my home soon. I have a head cold and ear infection/pain so when I though things could not get any worse. OMG! maybe my body is just cleaning out the junk from the meds I was on that I just came off of. Those anti-anxiety/post partum pills can make you feel yucky and do lots of damage. I hope to keep up the faith and I know my loss is slow right now until my metabolisim gets back into high gear. I will continue to go to the gym once I feel not so plugged up and Yoga! I just love Yoga. I will be 40 this month and will also, start a soccer team to play in an August tournament so ladies and getlemen please continue your support I really need it. Thanks again for all your words of wisdom. Happy losing everyone!

            >>I am ready to move to pre-maintenance, b>>

Pre-maintenance is when you have 5-10 pounds to lose.

You need to do OWL first.
