    Day 15 of induction..still smiling!

    Whoo....finished with first 15 days...13 pounds down!! so excited, I'm going to stick to induction for a while longer, I feel good, still work in progress everyday with planning and thinking ahead, but sooo worth it, just wanted to share Have a good night everyone.

    1st mini goal....to lose 25 pounds (18 gone so far)
    2nd mini goal...to weigh 199
    3rd not so mini goal...to weigh 160 (maybe 155)
