maybe that is not completely true i have lost a tiny tiny bit of weight but hardly anything and been on this diet now for 3 weeks i think or more.
i eat cucumber and tomatos [within my limits] and celery sticks or mushrooms. i eat fat and eggs and meat no no things AT ALL! not even milk nothing.
why can i not lose weight quicker? last time i did the diet i hardly ate any carbs and i lost more weight quicker.
shall i reduce my carb intake or could it be something else?
by the way i do drink decaf tea maybe 3 to 4 cups a day
