Okay so i have been taking flaxseed (1 tablespoon) to help me out with constipation. i make flaxseed muffins and have been doing tgat for about a week. Can there be any side effects to this like gaining some weight? Or anything like that

You could also have an intolerance to it.

no its regular flax seed but i grind them to make the muffins
can water retention cause in an increase of your measurements as well? or just weight?
i would have 1 tablespoon a day
& yes it has solved the problem but i still need to test it out to see if it works efficiently .
