So i have recently started the Atkins diet has i wasnt able to do any others without failing, im only 16 years. When i first started i was 347lb ive dropped 16lb in 2 weeks, for my introduction i have started walking around alot more as i all i use to do was sit on my pc playing games all day but in 3 days i have gained 4 lb's what am i doing wrong.

Im not a lover of veg hints why i could never do any other diet i havnt cheated once so i was wondering is this normal? Someone suggested it could be muscle building as i never walk always get lifts everywere. Hope you can help
