Im on Day 8 of induction and I have been really wanting some italian dressing for a salad, especially since its my fav...can I have it, or is there a low carb version out there that I can use on induction??

As with all food in packets or bottles you need to look at the ingredients list of the ones you are considering to make sure they are OK for the phase of Aktins you are at.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
