How much mayo are you having?

Are you counting the net carbs in it?

How much cream are you having?

And you know, it would be easier to troubleshoot if you posted a complete menu, with amounts and net carbs for everything you eat/drink.

Have you checked the list of induction acceptable foods in your DANDR? It lists cream under the 'beverages' section with a daily limit.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Not really. Fat is good. Fat gives you a full feeling. Fat is very helpful for hunger pains during induction.
