    6 lbs gone. I am exercising at least 5 days a week and have enjoyed the 2 /2" loss on my belly!

    So far so good, I had terrible cravings last night, I did not give into one.

        Elizellen, you look amazing! Did it take you three years to lose the weight? Do you have a journal here some where? I'd love to read it.

          Congratulations! I get those cravings from time to time also, usually I eat some protein and it does help!

            Hi thinsoon! You started where I started gaining about 10 years ago, I was exactly 155! Boy I can't wait to see that number again...

            I look forward to getting to know you as well. Do you have a journal here? I love reading them.

              Yes, I lost most of it in about 3 years.

              I do not journal but I did write a short resume for the "Losers' Lounge" thread

              (post #25) when I was about to start climbing the OWL ladder in Feb 2005.

                  Oh yes, I "discovered" low carb in 2003 or so, was great for about 3 years got down to about 138-140... now, I'm fighting the battle for the last few years. My journal is attached to my siggy.

                  I restarted and have been really successful this time. I'm loving my salads and just make sure I'm prepared each day. Lots of water - helps me stay on track also as I don't seem to want the "snack" as often.
