I have some low carb (1g) Whey protein powder that I used to have regularly with a banana for some breakfast. I've just started Induction (two days in), is anyone able to offer any advice as to whether I can have some of this for breakfast or perhaps dessert while in induction? I was thinking maybe a small portion with soya milk and a bit of cocoa powder, possibly a bit of cream to up the fat. I've heard of some random recipes for using protein powder. Anybody know any good ones?
I'm happy to ditch the banana, i hate them!
