  • Yeah! I just finished my first week of Induction

I am estatic over my first week of clean induction completed. I only lost one inch around my waist, but i can tell i've lost pounds. I don't weight myself, i go strictly by my cloths. If I had to guess, I would say i've lost about 7lbs, could be more. Once my body image gets to where I want it, I will weigh myself. If I had to guess my start weight, I would say I was around 167lbs. I can't stand the scale and threw it out a year ago. I'm so ready to complete my second week clean. LOL!

    Congratulations on your loss!!

And on eating strictly to plan for the whole week!!

It is refreshing to meet someone who is not as dependant on the scales as many of us were when we started the Atkins WOE
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Congratulations. Sounds like you are doing super well.
I am a big proponent of doing things by the book (strictly by the plan) because it works. Keep going. Look forward to your report after two weeks.

I hate the scale too but I did buy one. And though I do not step on in often it is sometimes necessary for me to keep my self accountable.
