    Hellos to everyone else on Induction!

    What is everyone having today?

    This morning I had a nice Denver Omelette with green peppers, green onions a dash of cheese, a little no suger added ham and one egg! Really kept me full!

    Eating a bowl of Mock Potatoe Soup (no toppings) and a lean turkey burger for lunch right now.

    Dinner? I don't know, was thinking of trying to make an oopsie roll and have that with some grilled chicken and a tossed salad.




    Mini Goals:
    212 lbs. (10% of me gone)
    175 lbs. (halfway point)
    157 lbs. (old average weight)
    135 lbs. (High end of my ideal range)
    125 lbs. (Almost there)

    I had turkey and a couple roasted cherry tomatoes for breakfast.
    For lunch I had some letteuce rolls with roast beef, mayo, swiss cheese and mushrooms rolled up inside.
    Dinner tonight is roasted brussel sprouts, left over turkey from Easter and a couple of bites of potatoes. I am on that rung and need to start introducing them back.

    130- Met 3/21/10
    129- So I can say I am in the 120s- Met 3/29/10 128.7lbs yay
    125- 4/20/10 5 to go!

      Oh, that sounds good April.

      Though I am pretty sure, even when I work up through OWL that Potatoes will probably have to be gone forever....at least for me, just thinking about them makes my mouth water.

      That...and bagels.

      I know just the sight of those throw me for a loop, lol. You could wave candy, chocolate ect.. in front of my face and it wouldn't phase me....show me a baked potatoe or a toasted bagel...takes all of my will power!

        Oh I know how you feel. Potatoes are my weakness, put salt and butter on them and they are my chocolate. I am planning to slice and grill them with some onions and butter. I plan to have 2 small slices. I wont know if they bother me if I don't try. If they bother me or my weight goes up out they go.

          Hi all! I am starting over in induction and today is day 4...so far so good!

          Breakfast: 2 eggs w/3 bacon, coffee w/heavy cream (1TB)
          Lunch: Subway steak salad w/ olives and green pepper and pepper jack cheese melted over. Yummy! Chipotle Southwest sauce (1gm carb, its mayo based I looked it up on Subway's website)
          Dinner (will be): Spinach Scramble Florentine (I think that's what the recipe is called from Linda's Low Carb Recipe site) and perhaps a revolution roll w/butter and a few stalks of asparagus OR salmon w/hollandaise sauce (I may or may not do this sauce depending on where my carb count is for the day) w/asparagus & butter on the side. Either one sounds equally yummy.
          Snacks: cheddar cheese and deviled eggs (gotta eat the Easter Eggs sometime) or cheese crisps
          Dessert: Jello fluff (peach flavored, yummy)

          Should be a good eating day! So far it is! I have had 4 glasses of water and two glasses of iced tea w/2 packets of Splenda. Working towards 4 more glasses of water!

          New to Atkins but not new to dieting and happy I made the switch from lowcal/lowfat to low carb! I am not starving anymore!
          HW:219/177(Started Atkins)/CW:172/GW:165 5'10" tall 34yr old female, mom of 4, and marathon runner!
          Goal size: 8-10, Current: 10-12 Almost there!

            Grilled burgers and romaine salad. Chips and dip for the rest of the family, cucumber slices and dip for me

            We mostly eat plain foods here. Too many picky eaters!
            Mini Goals (in no particular order):
            Mini Goal #1: Fit back into "Fat Jeans" - MET 3/25/10!
            Mini Goal #2: 225
            Mini Goal #3: 210
            Mini Goal #4: 199
            Mini Goal #5: Remove wedding ring for repair (Happily Married!)
