    what are you doing as the mandatory exercise ppart of your atkins?

      Weighing yourself every day can be VERY frustrating, as you may gain or lose up to 8 lbs a day in water weight (depending on water intake, sodium intake, weather, and "that time of the month"). Try to limit yourself to once a week and see how that goes. Everyone is different but I found weighing myself every day just frustrated me and I ended up obsessed over the scale. My husband had to take it away from me and only allows me to weigh myself on Friday mornings.
