      You also should not have the breaded chicken. Nothing with sugar, any kind of flour, no potatoes, rices (even wild kind), no pasta, no bread or breading....No peas, no carrots too.

      Think healthy fats, proteins, and veggies. Make sure to follow the induction rules and food list closely and watch out for hidden carbs everywhere!

      You will do fine once you read the book, and follow the rules. You really must read the book though...i have read it a few times already and still find more in there to learn. lol And believe me, carbs do add up.

        Well, that is a good way to look at it, start the induction new and the past week as getting ready. I did that for a few days before starting, ate low glycemic and then went to low carb and I am having a lot less cravings this time around.
        I am glad you got the book and now can do things right, it really will make a huge differance in your weight loss !!
        Good luck with your induction and I look forward to seeing a post about how much you have lost your first seven days this time around !!

          I would also consider this last week a prep time and start the induction when you are all set on what can be eaten on it. Sounds like you were making an effort you just didn't have the right tools to do it right and get results. This time you will be ready.
