I re-started induction after I messed up for Easter on Monday, April 5th. My weight was 221lbs.
Today is Saturday, April 11th and my weight is 211lbs. I've lost 10lb.s already!!
I know it's mostly water weight, but I feel so much better with it gone.
This is soooo motivating and I will continue on my journey with NO MORE CHEATING to see how far I can really go with this.
I'm eating according to plan.
I'm exercising 3 times per week - cardio and strength.
I'm drinking lots of water even though I can do better.
Starting to get a little bored with the foods, but maybe I need to stick with the "boring" because it's working!
I'm afraid if I try to jazz things up, I'll stall so I'll hold off as long as I can.
