    Yes, but I left it till rung 6 as it is a legume, not officially a nut

    Also from reading the boards I visit more people have portion control and other problems with peanuts than most real nuts.

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

      okay thanks for the advice everybody! i weighed myself this morning and lost 4lbs and im very happy with that because its almost 20% of what i need to lose. but i am definitely going to cut out the bars and shakes so i can hopefully continue with my progress.
