I need help! I started Atkins 6 days ago. Day 1 I lost almost 4 lbs. I have gained it back over the days. I am following the program and am exercising daily. Yesterday alone I had 16 carbs and walked over 5 miles, and I gained another pound!!!! I am at my witts end and am ready to quit. I did Atkins 2 yrs ago when I lost my first 170 lbs and I'm doing the same thing as before, I just can't shake these last 60 lbs. HELP!!!
