I'm on OWL Rung 1, but may be dipping back down to Induction, since I think I've got off balance already. So I'm doing some finetuning to see where I've gone wrong. (See my post about stress--it may not be my eating, but I want to check anyway.)
I've looked through the book and can't find it, so I'm hoping someone has memorized the beginning ratios of fat to protein to carbs.
Numbers, anyone?
