Breakfast:
A burger made with real ground beef, low carb ketchup, 1 leaf of romaine, 2 dill pickle
1 cup cucumber with a pinch of salt
2 glasses of water, 1 cup green tea
Lunch: 1 can light tuna with 1/4 light mayo ( 0 sugar)
1 cup green tea
Snack: 1 celery stick with 1 oz cream cheese
Dinner: 1 cup baby shrimp dimped in butter
2 cups green beans with remaining butter from shrimp and a pinch of salt
Snack: 2 oz of cream cheese with 2 sweetener and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
