Ok - so I am a little confused. I know that I am supposed to eat 20 g of net carbs a day according to the book. The book also says that I should eat 2 cups of salad greens and 1 cup off of the other veggie list or 3 cups of salad greens a day. I can also eat up to 4 ounces of cheese at 1g net carb appiece....
With all of that said, I do not think I am going to get to my carb amount today if I eat three cups of spinach and my four ounces of cheese. Am I supposed to just get to 20 g net carbs or should I follow the amounts of food the book says?
