  • One week completed 8.5lbs lost

Sorry I just wanted to share. I am feeling on top of the world at the moment.

I have done Atkins before and always given up after a month or so, but this time is totally different. I have joined a gym and have been 5 times this week. I am mainly swimming, but am working in some gym time now. I do have to be a bit careful because I have osteoarthritis in both of my knees. However I was told that every 1lb I lost is the equivalent of 7lbs of pressure off of my knees and if that isn't enough to motivate me I don't know what is!

8.5lb down only 81lb to go

            Congratulations!!! Yay!!!

This weight loss and way of eating has helped my arthritis tremendously as well. My knees, hips and shoulders feel so much better. It's just not the weight, but the healthier eating of veggies, no sugar, no processed foods, lots of water, etc. Being able to exercise more and better helps too!

            Keep up the awesome work!

              Great to hear!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
