Sorry I just wanted to share. I am feeling on top of the world at the moment.I have done Atkins before and always given up after a month or so, but this time is totally different. I have joined a gym and have been 5 times this week. I am mainly swimming, but am working in some gym time now. I do have to be a bit careful because I have osteoarthritis in both of my knees. However I was told that every 1lb I lost is the equivalent of 7lbs of pressure off of my knees and if that isn't enough to motivate me I don't know what is!
8.5lb down only 81lb to go
