  • Survived Week One

I'm so excited and proud of myself. I finished my first week of induction. I will say I didn't exercise because I did feel really tired and had tons of homework to do plus working but I will begin to work out this week starting today. 5lb pounds lost during the first week is pretty good in my opinion but I'm sure it was just water weight and I'm ok with that. But I'm super prepared and excited for this second week.

      Great Job..
I have to admit I didnt start exercising until week 2 but mine was just out of pure lazyness. Now I exercise about 6 days a week and seems like I am losing faster.

wow! I also dont have time to work out, im kinda worried about that. The weight ptobably flies off with a little push that way.

              Keep it up!
              Im 5'6" and a 1/4

              Weigh 263 since tue april 20th 2010

              week 1- 257.6
              week 2 - 258.8

Ultimate goal I can say 160ish but I dont even know if my body would allow that!

One way to start moving more if you canot find time for formal 'exercise' can be to plan to do things like parking further away in car parks so you need to walk further to the door of the shops, make yourself walk twice around the supermarket while shopping, taking stairs instead of lifts (elevators) etc.

Even planning a short walk outside your house to the corner of the block and back and seeing how often you can increase that distance can help start things going. Or put on your favourite loud music while housecleaning and shaking your 'booty' while vacuuming is a start!!

hey thanks for the tips. I actually went to the gym last night and got started. I did 1.5 hours of cardio and I felt pretty good afterwards. I have one of those heart rate moniter thingys you put on like a watch and I burned about 800 calories. I was so proud and now I'm looking forward to hitting the gym more often.
