I have eventually completed my induction and I'm so bored with food I can't wait to move on.
I didn't actually experience that much weight loss. I lost in the first week but in the second I stayed relatively the same.
Here are my losses for the 2 weeks:
Weight: 2.5Kg or 5.5lbs Loss
Waist: 1.5" loss
Arms: 0.5"
Leg: 1.5"
Hip: 1.5"
Neck: 0.75"
Chest: 1.5"
Inches: 7 1/2" loss overall!!
I'm really pleased with the inch loss, but I'm a bit worried about the weight loss. I've only lost 5.5 which means that I'm quite resistant. So it might mean I should stay on induction a bit longer... although I really don't want to. I can easily stay at 20 carbs a day - but I need more variety foods - I can do without nuts completely I don't miss them, but I'd really love a few strawbs or something.
I'm just happy I made it
