I am now on day 3 and i feel so tired! I know they say the first 4 are the worst so i'm nearly there!!!!
Today so far i have had (in the uk its 4pm)
Lettuce, chicken slices & mayo roll ups for breakfast
Lunch tuna, with salad leaves, cheese cubes & mayo
Tonight we're having chicken breast, and some allowed veg
Any energy boosting foods i could include in my day??
I'm not hungry - just really tired!
