  • Energy boost needed!!!

    I am now on day 3 and i feel so tired! I know they say the first 4 are the worst so i'm nearly there!!!!

    Today so far i have had (in the uk its 4pm)

    Lettuce, chicken slices & mayo roll ups for breakfast

    Lunch tuna, with salad leaves, cheese cubes & mayo

    Tonight we're having chicken breast, and some allowed veg

    Any energy boosting foods i could include in my day??

    I'm not hungry - just really tired!

    Just hang in there, it will pass. Drink plenty of water. Your body is going through sugar withdraw and, like anything else addictive, it's going to have some side effects. They aren't permanent and will be gone before you know it.

          Hang in there it will pass! My Hubby took a week for it to pass, But it did!
