find one you like that doesn't have anything you are allergic to or intolerant to and conforms with Dr Atkins no added sugar and not more then 2 carbs per tablespoon.

i had a spinach salad with turkey for my dinner and i made myself a little dressing, if i do say so myself it was great!
2 parts olive oil, 1 part clear distilled vinegar, fresh ground black pepper
basically, all salad dressing is; 2 parts oil to 1 part acid (could be lemon/lime juice or any vinegar) and season it however u want, maybe put some mustard in?
I love the Worlds Best Miso and Worlds Best Garlic!!! Only .5 Carbs, (1 TBSP) I think...... SUPER good! It is sometimes in the refrigerated section. Kinda pricey, but worth it to me
This is a real yummy salad dressing.
Blenderize the following:
1/4 cup olive oil (EVOO is best)
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup grated parmesan
2 tbsp sour cream
salt and pepper
I like it over a spinach salad with boiled egg wedges and bacon chunks.
