Ok, Ive been here a million times. Start the day good, start feeling TERRIBLE withdrawls and binge, rinse and repeat. Day after day this goes on. Stress is always my excuse. BUT, I dont wanna be an excuse. So after ignoring my craving, and withdrawl symptoms, I have been sticking to my guns
