  • End of week one

    the bad....

evil, evil headaches as i came off my caffine addiction...
horrible leg aches, feelin fluey... but nothing we cant handle

    the good....

    i feel GREAT!
no more bloatedness, feeling overfull, craving sweet things...
I have more energy and dont feel guilt for what i eat.

    AND!

i lost 6 pound, and 2 inches off my waist

could it be i have FINALLY found a diet that works for me, and doesn't leave me starving hungry and craving fatty sugary foods.

I have always looked down on Atkins, beleiving it to be unhealthy, but its not at all... I'm a total convert and if your debating trying this excellent way to lose, just go for it!!

What a great start to your Atkins journey
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
