Is it okay to switch up the order in which you eat foods?
What I mean is, most people have eggs + bacon for breakfast, then a salad and some meat for lunch, meat and more veggies for dinner, then a dessert. (Or something similiar)
Would it be okay for me to have 'french toast' (Atkins friendly recipe - probably considered a dessert) for breakfast with some eggs and bacon? Is it bad to eat sweets in the morning? I'll still be sure to have only the amount of carbs I'm allowed to have each day.
