    confused about salad dressing

    on my ranch dressing it says 0 carbs <1 gram sugar

    and same for my blue cheese

    yet we are supposed to only use oil and vinegar which i despise.

    is there something wrong with ranch etc??

      No, you can use it. The salad dressing rule is no added sugar and no more than 2 net carbs per serving.

          I use mayo for salad dressing. Believe it or not, it takes very yummy
