    Hi Mickeymouse and the rest of the crew


    I am free to buddy up with someone. I started induction on Sunday and I have 10 lbs to lose. I am going to the bookstore to get Atkin's book TODAY!

    B- string cheese and 2 eggs w/ mayo (egg salad)
    L- grilled fish and veggies
    D- grilled chicken and salad

        Loss for the week

        I have lost 6 pounds as of this morning. Pretty good for a 7-day loss I think!

        I made it through Mother's Day lunch without any problem at all.

          Two Week Induction Weigh-In

          I lost 11 pounds in the 14 days!! Very proud and I am already wearing some of my carpris that I haven't had on since last Spring!

            Congratulations on your loss :clapping :clapping
            With 14 pounds left to lose will you be moving straight onto OWL or doing another week or so on extended induction?
            Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

            F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
